We are pleased to offer inpatient rehabilitation services in a swing-bed environment at Parkview Regional Hospital. We also provide outpatient rehabilitation through our TOPS (Therapeutic Outpatient Services) program. Services include physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Dietary programs round out the rehabilitation efforts at Parkview.

Swing-Bed Rehabilitation

Utilizing our swing-bed resources, we can provide therapy in a caring, inpatient setting. Individuals might find themselves needing such care after serious trauma, extensive surgery, or debilitating illness.

The unique, team-managed care focuses on being the bridge between acute care hospitalization and the patients' return to the community, home, or care facility. Paramount to that process is the goal of assisting patients to achieve and maintain a maximum level of functional independence and a high quality of social and emotional well-being.

LSVT Big and Loud Rehabilitation

Utilizing treatments from both Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT) Big and Loud to improve the speech and movement of people with Parkinson's disease and other neurological conditions.

A team of skilled professionals works together to plan and provide an individualized treatment and training program specific to each patient. The team may include:
